How I Work

All coaching is 1:1 and entirely shaped around you. Each session focuses on what matters most at that moment — whether that’s a specific challenge, decision or longer-term goal. I’ll draw on a range of tools, frameworks and approaches to suit your style, and tailor each conversation to support the outcomes you’re aiming for.

We’ll set a rhythm that works — giving you the time and space to reflect, take action and move forward between sessions. Coaching can take place online or in person at your offices in London, depending on what’s most convenient.

Over the course of my career, I’ve led high-performing teams in the UK & globally, driving sustainable growth & leading initiatives that have shaped organisational culture & strategic direction. Arguably one of the most rewarding aspects over the years has been supporting countless individuals to progress & succeed in their own careers. My aim now is to help more leaders unlock their true potential & achieve their goals.

At NatWest Markets, I led a global team of over 100 sales professionals, delivering consistent revenue growth while keeping costs under control and strengthening team culture, even as the bank scaled back its Markets offering. I know how to steer large organisations through both expansion and contraction, how to build a successful brand, and what effective leadership looks like, along with the pitfalls to avoid.
